I receive the error "booking not possible" with Visa cards. This app is usually great!

Neither the App nor the station Ticket Machines will accept VISA cards anymore.

Cant log in immediately after registering. Says my login info is wrong, wont let me change it or reset the password. I try to re-register and it says my username is already used. Cant book. Useless.

Neither the app or the website will accept a perfectly valid VISA card. Apparently the geniuses at DB arent even aware of the problem. If there were al alternative way for me to travel that actually WANTS my business, that would be a relief.

First, I didnt reserve my train ticket in this app, so I cant confirm wether or not VISA cards work. I made my reservations on the website and all worked fine; I have my tickets printed in hand. I created my profile on the DB website and all of my info is on the app including the QR code to scan my passage.

We spent 2 weeks in Germany last year and got around everywhere with this app. Walking directions, bus, tram, trains... you name it. My kids and wife thought I was a navigating genius.

Can you actually do anything with this app? From UI to payment, this app is an embarrassment. The dev team must be deeply ashamed they had to build this heap of trash, I feel sorry for them

For the most part I like the app - but cannot seem to update the credit card in my profile. Very frustrating cuz I cancelled the card thats listed from two years ago.

Credit card on file was replaced a few months ago, no way in app to change it. Tried to give feedback in the app, and whatever I clicked on was in German. App has potential, but needs many bug fixes and better feedback from the users. Especially non German ones with different habits.

App simply does not work, dont waste the time

During our recent stay in Germany this app made travel by train a breeze. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to travel by train in Germany. I give it five stars!

Update: 16.04.1 fixed the start up problem. Thanks I hoped the "integration of call a bike and flinkster" meant that I dont need the respective apps any more but I still do... The version 16.04.00 from April 25th 2016 crashes instantly at start up. (iPhone 6S iOS 9.3.1)

Initially crashed on start after showing splash screen on iPhone 6, iOS8.3 - fixed it by removing and re-installing the app.

The new update supposedly fixed the apps crashing with iOS 8.2 & 8.3. It didnt. I updated my app. It still didnt work. I turned my phone off and back on again. Still no joy.

Cannot get this app to even open. Crashes on launch with iPhone 5s and latest iOS. Very annoyed with trip approaching and app not working.

Still crashing. Pity too. Im using the train app and Apple watch app wont work either since the main app is crashing on startup. I essentially have dozens of MBs of a once useful program now crashing before any of it can be put to use. Please release a fix soon.

This used to be a great app. Now it is useless, crashing on iPhone 5 with latest iOS. Tried rebooting, no help. On a trip and wished I could use this like in years past.

Will not open. Useless.

Had been crashing. Took time to explain crash symptoms and DB fixed it right away. DB rocks!
